Shipping

Our target is to despatch orders within 3 working days but orders will be processed the same or next working day if possible.  All orders are sent by Royal Mail Next-day Special Delivery at a cost of £5.50 within the UK.  We are very happy to accept orders to be delivered to any part of the world.  Please contact us for details, prices and payment methods for non-UK addresses. 

All orders are subject to stock availability and the authorisation of your payment. The website will indicate any items which are currently out of stock.  However, there may be unusual circumstances where an item may show as available but in fact be out of stock.  If this is the case we will let you know as soon as possible and offer an alternative.  Payment will only be processed when product availability has been confirmed.

Most items will be packaged in a presentation box. If you require your present to be gift-wrapped, please let us know.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.  

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return goods within 7 days of receipt and receive a refund. The goods must be returned, unused, in their original packaging (or packaged adequately to protect from damage) and with the original receipt.

If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you for the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense. 

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. 

Note:- Earrings are not offered for sale online. They are available only from the shop premises of W. T. G. Henderson in Methven Street, Perth.

If here is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

Changes to these terms.

This is the first version of these terms, there are no previous versions at this date (1/11/2008).
